How credits get spent
Every generation step burns a fixed number of credits. Cheap stages (script, prompts, captions) leave you with plenty of room. Expensive stages (video clips, final 4K) account for most of the bucket — that's why the per-stage review matters.

Common questions
▸What does "BYO keys" actually mean?
You paste your own API keys for OpenAI, Gemini, Grok, ElevenLabs etc. in your Account → API Keys. When a stage runs and the route for that provider is set to "Mine", we call your key and zero credits get debited. You pay the provider directly, on your own bill.
▸Can I mix BYO and managed?
Yes — per provider. BYO Gemini and managed ElevenLabs is a valid combo. Estimates and the credit meter break out usage per provider so you always know which calls drew from your bucket.
▸Do unused credits roll over?
Channel Pro rolls over 2 months. Studio rolls over 3 months. Creator does not roll over — that's part of why it's cheaper.
▸What if my video fails mid-pipeline?
If a stage fails due to platform issues or a provider policy refusal, we refund the credits for that stage and any downstream stages that didn't run. Failed renders due to your own prompt edits aren't refunded — the gated review pattern is exactly designed to avoid this.
▸Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Your subscription continues until the end of the current period. Videos you've already generated stay yours forever and remain in your gallery for download.
